However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item for various reasons. That’s why we offer a generous 30-day return policy to give you ample time to decide if you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please also ensure that any tags remain attached and that you have a receipt or proof of purchase available. This helps us facilitate the return process and ensure a smooth experience for you.

Returns sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to return the item. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Some items cannot be returned, including:

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers within the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. This means that, regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must still be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be available.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
